Sorry guys, but I’m not listening to any music :\ *SHOCK*GASP*
This has been a really long weekend/monday. A whole lot has happened. On Wednesday night, Pat spent the night. We went out and looked at Jen’s new house and ate at the nicest Taco Bell I have ever seen.
Friday, we went to Grandma’s house. She was looking a lot better than the last time I saw her. I did a bunch of yardwork, and read a lot of books. I finished The Amber Spyglass, therefore finishing the His Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman. It was excellent, I suggest it to anyone who enjoys a good fantasy novel. Well, later that night, we stopped by Wal-Mart, and encountered a number of events which I intend to document in my rant about Wal-Mart.
Saturday, I came home just in time to go to my friend Sarah’s B-Day party. She had a 1950’s style dance party, and it was pretty fun… Nina and I resorted to kneeling behind someone and pushing them over :P Great fun. After that I went to Pat’s and crashed.
Sunday morning, the youth choir sang and sounded absolutely horrible. I wish that some people would take the time to learn their parts and actually sing them correctly. The harmony is quieter than the melody guys… Sunday afternoon I helped rake leaves with my mom. Sunday night was spent watching the Brown Band in concert and SNAC at the Wilson’s house. Not really too eventful.
Today, I went through the normal boredoms of school. Upon ariving home, I picked up a WinTV card from Curtis at Blockbuster and have been playing around with that ever since. It is pretty cool. A TV/XBox in my room again :)
